[OCF] problem running the demos in OCF

I get the following when running the demos...

Out of environment space
Out of environment space
Out of environment space
Out of environment space
Out of environment space
Out of environment space
Out of environment space
Out of environment space
Setting up environment...

which is a problem because the path is not getting set right, what do I do
to fix this?  increase the initial memory of the environment? how do you do
that?
