Hallo Lewis et Remi,
Lewis is right when he says that you need an appropriate card service.
You must have one for your Bull card and then make a corresponding entry
in the opencard.properties. For a gemplus card this is e.g.:
'OpenCard.services =
com.gemplus.opencard.service.gpk.factory.GPKCardServiceFactory'
