I guess you just to an "add" in the unique CardTerminalRegistry object
of the framework (method "public void add(CardTerminal terminal)")
and this should be enough.
This allows for either specifying the list of available CardTerminals
either statically (through property files or even other mechanisms,
the used mechanism is optional in OCF) or dynamically (starting with
an empty list and add them when needed).
