The native drivers that I've found for the Towitoko Chipdrive (G&D PCT200)
had too short of a timeout for the Cyberflex Access card, and it was
decoding the ATR to try and determine the protocol (T=0, T=1).
This wasn't working.
I don't know whose fault it was (G&D or Schlumberger), but I've hacked a
version of the drivers so that they will work (hard coded to T=0).

I have posted the hacked version along with the originals on my site...
http://www.mckearney.com/OCF/Towitoko.html.
Hope this is helpful to someone. By the way, I was NOT trying to make the
page look even remotely respectable ;-)
