What do you mean by protect? Are you referring to the usage of private key(for 
signing) or the access of key information(read/update).

For usage, you have to code the system record of the file appropriately. You can 
protect by a maximum of 2 codes. For access of key information, the public portion is 
interpreted in the same way as any other file(AC1, AC2, AC3). You will anyway have no 
access to the private information.
