i implemented a Card Service for OCF and published it in this mailing list
a few time ago, find it attached.
you have to edit the CardService registered by the JCWDECardServiceFactory
class and add this class to the OpenCard.services variable and of cause add
the JCRECardTerminalFactory to the OpenCard.terminals variable.
