No. OCF exclusively locks access to the Card Reader. This only allows access to OCF from one Applet. What you could do is write a local RMI server to field requests and only have one OCF Process. T P.S. There is an RFC into the OCF Consortium to internally embed RMI so that this can be accomplished inside the framework.
