Sudarshan, Have you downloaded OCF 1.1 or 1.2? I don't think OCF 1.1 is avaiable for download from opencard.org anymore. Secodly, base-core.jar or base-opt.jar are the part of OCF 1.2 installation, not OCF 1.1. I think only ocf.jar was available in OCf 1.1. So, download ocf1.2 from opencard.org and it will generate the required opencard.properties, if you will select the Pure Java terminal option during the installation of the same. Ensure the following to get things work: 1. The right .jar file for the Gemplus terminal is in the classpath. 2. gemplus.properties file in [java_home]\lib. 3. Java Comm ApI is installed for pure java terminal to work. I hope it will work.
