Hello,
I have a GCR 410 reader and a Win 95 machine. I installed the
reader following the instructions and now when I go to chekc it
(GemCheck.exe), it gives following output.

->Thanks for your reply.

->The problem is that when I tried to use Class javacard.security.Signature with alg.
->ALG_DES_MAC8_NOPAD,
->the CryptoException.NO_SUCH_ALGORITHM is thrown with reason code = 3.
->Hence, u mean that I can't use even 3-DES defined in javacard.security.Signature?
->
->I can only use the 3-DES thru opencard API if I use Gemxpresso 211is?
->Do u mean I need to use opencard.opt.security.SignCredential to sign the data with
->3-DES key?
->or SignatureCardService?
->
->Even 211is cannot generate the keys of RSA or DSA, can 211is able to manipulate these
->keys imported
->from outside and sign the data with these key?
->
->Thanks
