Hello Eric,
You need to use JAVA to call OCF.  OCF can support all PC/SC smart card
reader.
When you want to access PC/SC card reader in OCF window environment, you
need
(1)  Microsoft Smart card based component (in Win98 CD, /driver/scard/)
(2)  Smart Card Reader PC/SC Driver  (provided by Hardware vendor)
(3)  OCF API
(4)  Configure opencard.properities to change to use PC/SC interface.
