my GCR 410 works very well under Linux. I have no problems.
You have only to put the gemplus jar-file into your classpath. The
execptions seems that something is wrong with your classpath. You can also
try to set the classpath with the command java (java -classpath ...) The
compiler didn't find the CardTerminalFactory, that's a class from the ocf
and nothing from the gemplus driver.
