Where did you get your com.gemplus.util package? did you extract it from a
GemXpresso RAD KIT ? If so and you bought your kit, or this kit have been
given to you at the GDC 2000, please use GEMPLUS hotline support
([EMAIL PROTECTED])
please also have a look at Gemplus developers site
(http://www.gemplus.fr/developers).
