Hi,
I work with OCF, WinNT and a GemPC410 Reader.
Sometimes after reboot I get the CardTerminalException: "Can't open
Communication port".
I read the mailinglist archive and found that this problem occured in
former times too. It is said that is was the problem of sending a powerUp
command that was not compliant. It is further said that this problem was
fixed with the version 2.0 of the Gemplus-terminal classes.
However, I use the latest version (4.1) and the described error still
occures. And the worst thing is that it occures only sometimes and not
after every reboot. The only "bugfix" that I know is disconnecting and
reconnecting the power-supply of the reader. But that's not a solution!!!
Has anybody an idea what other reasons can provoke this error, or better
how to avoid it??
