It's here:

Download, for example, the following ZIP file:

        http://www.opencard.org/download/code/1.2/BaseOCF.zip

and you'll get both the compiled class files, and all the sources
(found in OCF1.2/components/etc.).

Also for people having problems with the auto-extractable class
file (a previous message), just download the ZIP files, unzip them,
and install the JAR files where it works (usually java/jre/lib/ext
will do it). No need for fancy GUIs... ;-D
