Your environment doesn't find necessary windows libraries...

Please copy the necessary PCSC DLLs (ocfpcsc1.dll, ocfpcscm.dll ....)
into the C:\Windows\System for Windows98 or C:\WinNT\System32 for
WindowsNT directory...
