Hi all,

I am trying to send a 'perform verification' command to my card reader using PC/SC.
The following bytes should tell the reader to display a PIN input dialog and to switch
into secure mode:

52 0F 42 06 00 20 00 90 08 20 20 20 20 20 20 20 20

But when I try to send these bytes to the reader using the sendTerminalCommand(...)
method of the Pcsc10CardTerminal class, I get the following exception:

com.ibm.opencard.terminal.pcsc10.PcscException: PCSC Exception in method SCardControl:
error occured
return code = 00000001

     at com/ibm/opencard/terminal/pcsc10/OCFPCSC1.SCardControl
     at com/ibm/opencard/terminal/pcsc10/Pcsc10CardTerminal.sendTerminalCommand

Does anybody have an idea what the return code means or what I am doing wrong?
Is this way of trying to use special features of certain readers with PC/SC a good
idea?

Thanks
Ingmar
