Dear all,
please excuse for a slightly off-topic question...
before diving into EMV standards I would like to know if someone can give me
a short explanation of the relation between ISO7816-3,4 standard and EMV
standards. I always thought that ISO7816-3 compatible smartcard reader
(which have PC/SC driver) is also EMV compliant. Does anyone know whether is
it true?
