This error is a sign that the CardTerminal is not handling the
automatic chaining of long APDUs in T=0 case4. I have posted a
message on the subject with a new version of the PC/SC wrapper
that should do so (implemented by Gemplus Montreal R&D). It is
available in the archives at the following URL:
http://www.opencard.org/archive/opencard/1768.html
and you will find the sources and a ready-to-use JAR file in
the "newpcsc.zip" link. Please do not hesitate to send me a
mail if you the fix does not work.
Hope it'll help.
Cheers,
Christophe.
