As you ask for it.. ;-)
I do not know of any public mailing-list or newsgroups related
to the use of JavaCards..
For Gemplus RAD, there is an open forum on the Gemplus Dev' site :
http://www.gemplus.fr/developers/passwd_protected/discus/index.html
You must be registered (just give an email and nickname) in order
to participate. This is open to the public and not an hotline
service (although many Gemplus people also read the forums of course).
