Aren't Mondex cards supposed to be ISO compliant? If they don't have a
filesystem how do I get information like the name of the application or the
purse ID (PID)? There are no APDU instructions in the Mondex spec which
returns these information.

Anyway, I'm now working with APDUs formed from ISO7816-4 format. I'm working
with a simulator and typing in APDUs. However, I always get a response of
"0x6d 0x00" would you happen to know what this means?
