True... You only need VOP CardService for card managment (load, install, delete).
Managment is done on the CardManager that understand VOP instruction set. When your
applet is loaded and installed (can be default selected at reset) managment is
temporary finished (until you want to delete your applet or install or load something).
When you select your applet you can need a PassThruCardService, or your applet
specific CardService if you write it ;). It have to be compliant with your applet
instruction set (You defined).
