It can happen in a case where the card's system key does not match with the system key
used by the software(pilot). I think the file from where the pilot uses the system key
is 'pilgpk.msc'. Check the contents of this file for correctness.
The other reason(unlikely though) might be that the present selected file is 'not MF'.
Please ensure that before doing a 'select system key' you have selected MF.
