Hi,
create an alias in your registry database for your reader as following:
\localmachine\software\microsoft\cryptography\calais\readers\Refelex 20
should become
\localmachine\software\microsoft\cryptography\calais\readers\Refelex20
(without any space)
then copy all subkeys within this one.
then change your opencard properties to:
OpenCard.terminals=com.ibm.opencard.terminal.pcsc10.Pcsc10CardTerminalFactor
y|myReflex20|Reflex20|SHARED
And it works.

Please often check for new version of the wrapper, this bug is about to be
corrected.

Hope it will help,
