I don't understand this because if I try it not in the browser it works
fine, and my opencard.proprieties is the same !!!
My opencard.proprieties file is in the java.home( \WINNT\java\lib as I read
in OpenCard Programmer's Guide), and is like this:

OpenCard.services = opencard.opt.util.PassThruCardServiceFactory \
com.gemplus.opencard.service.gpk.factory.GPKCardServiceFactory
# Configuring the CardTerminalRegistry
