No! You don't have to create a system file. It is already there.

Terminal Data(8 bytes) - Can be any thing. You can have 0x11..0x88.
Data Object Attributes(4 bytes) - 0x04, filesize, 0x00
Incoming MAC(8 bytes) - You have to compute. Pls refer to the documentation for more 
details.

Computing Incoming MAC can be a pain sometimes. To avoid this(only for testing 
purpose), change the access condition for create from 'Key1'(default) to 'FREE'. In 
that case, Incoming MAC will be 0x00..0x00.
