The FCP (File Control Parameter) can be returned and include information
such as the size of the file, the FileID, the file-structure or the name
if the file is a directory-file.
FCP is TLV coded. Tag '62' stands for the FCP
The file-size has the Tag '81' within the FCP. The File-Descriptor hold
information about the file-structure. It has the Tag '82'.
