Please find as attachment the program which will change the default system key of the
card "TESTKEY TESTKEY" to "TESTKEY1TESTKEY2". I have tried it on my cards and it
worked, and hope ;-) the same at your end.

After you are done with the modification, you can test the same using GPK Pilot.
Make sure that you modify the PilGPK.msc as follows:
[MSC]
KEY_REF=54 45 53 54 4B 45 59 31 54 45 53 54 4B 45 59 32
KEY_LEVEL=MF
KEY_FILE_ID=3F 01
KEY_NUMBER=0

If you don't want to mess with the PilGPK.msc file, you have to change the 'Select
File Key' from 'Tools->Configure Host/Terminal' to "TESTKEY1TESTKEY2". Also you have
to use 'Administration->Key->Select File Key' instead of 'Administration->Key->Select
Syste Key'

Good Luck
