I don't know about the MPCOS pilot, but GPK8K pilot should be available at the
developer's site. Just FYI - since GPK8K is sort of a super-set of MPCOS you can use
the GPK pilot to work with MPCOS cards.

as there is a section for MPCOS cards.

However, a part of the GPK8000 CardServices (i.e., the part dealing
with file-system operations) also work on all the Gemplus cards
family, including MPCOS (and GemSafe, GPK4000, etc.). These OCF
CardServices are available at:

http://www.gemplus.fr/developers/technologies/opencard/cardservices/download.html

Please download the *two* packages: "generic" services includes the
file-system related features and "gpk" services includes the 'factory'
that knows how to detect an MPCOS card (so the two are needed, sorry
about that).

Hope it'll help.

Cheers,
Christophe.
