Yes!
GemSAFE cards are GPK cards with a file structure on them. This file structure is
interpreted by the Gemplus' PKCS#11/CSP module. There is no program(public) to convert
your GPK card to GemSAFE card. Hence, you need to contact your local Gemplus office to
get it. Alternatively, you can get the cards thru Gemplus stores
(http://store.gemplus.com, if I am not wrong).
