If you are using a Java2 platform (i.e., JDK 1.2.x or 1.3.x),
I'd suggest to set the CLASSPATH to "." and put all needed JAR files
in <JDK-LOCATION>/jre/lib/ext/ instead. Be sure to have at least the
following: base-core.jar, base-opt.jar, sb-demo.jar, and
reference-terminals-windows.jar (as it seems you'll be using the
PC/SC wrapper).

If this reader has a valid PC/SC driver, you just have to have it
installed and then specify in your opencard.properties that you'll be
using the PC/SC CardTerminal:
_________
|
OpenCard.terminals=com.ibm.opencard.terminal.pcsc10.Pcsc10CardTerminalFactory
|_._._.___
Hope it'll help.
Cheers,
Christophe.
