That's right, it's just been posted a few days ago. For those

For people who are using the december version, the only change in
the code is a support for spaces in the name of the drivers (i.e.,
the Windows PC/SC names) which was not possible before because of
the syntax of opencard.properties (it uses space as a separator for
the list of factories). If you don't have this "space" problem, then
there is no need for downloading the new version.

I can't see why this error should appear again, except if you
have the "reference-terminals-windows.jar" file (the one found
in OCF1.2/lib/) either in your CLASSPATH or in your jre/lib/ext/
directory, in which case it will conflict with the new JAR file
(pcsc-wrapper-2.0.jar). If it's not the case, I won't be able
to help I'm sorry... Do you have any other PC/SC reader you
could test with? to see if it's a problem with the driver..
