I've managed to get OpenCard to work with the standard OCF 1.2 PCSC
wrapper, but the GemPC430 USB reader I have doesn't seem to be
propagating card insertion notifications to OCF.
If you start an OCF application with the card in there, it detects it (we
are requesting notifications for cards already present).
However, if you start the application without the card in the reader, and
insert the reader afterwards, no notification is received.
Any clues? Should I be using GemPlus' own PC/SC terminal factory? I don't
think so because the 430 is USB, but...?
