I managed to solve the problem with the pins by checking an email of
Smith, Darren that passed in this list somewhere in April 2000.

However any info on the remaining ones would be appreciated:

i.e.

A> question 2.
A> I use the defaultDialog. From OCF documentation I saw that the terminal
A> should be automatically recognized and a) if the terminal has a display
A> then the dialog takes place into terminal's display, b) if no
A> display/keypad then we use the computer.
A> I have tested this (I only changed the terminals) with GemPC410 and
A> GemSelf-MS700 ... but this didnt work ...

and

A> question 3.
A> Can someone tell me where I can find the list of access code values and
A> their meaning?
A> e.g.
A> byte[] ac = {(byte)0, (byte)0, // Update - Not Protected
A> (byte)0, (byte)0, // Write - Not Protected
A> (byte)0x40, (byte)0x81 //Read - Local Level Protected
A>                 };
A>
A> I suppose there is a standard for these things .. right ?
A>
A>

Thanks in advance,
Akis
