Hi,

when using Sun converter you have the following process:

.class -> .jar (Javacard's Jar format).
                .jca
                .exp

Only .jar file is required for load.

Loading tools have to open the Jar file to retreive .cap components. After
concatenation you have a new file in a loadable format.
The .Cap file you have is the final loadable format. It was already
converted.
You just have to find a tool that can load it on the card...
For example GemXpresso RAD tools are supporting .cap and .jar file in it's
loader, processing .jar content for you...

Regards,
                Christophe.

Objet : [OCF] Do any cards use .CAP?

Hi,

Is anyone aware of any JavaCard(s) that support direct loading of .CAP
files?

Everything we have found so far requires conversion before loading.

Thanks in advance for any info.

Cheers
