Alain :  Agreed. That's one the reasons that HyperCard was so great.

Alain :  UserLevel 6 or higher, eh !  We don't want to obligate all
OpenCard users to access this technical level.

Alain :  This is a fundamental feature in my view. While it is true that
we want to avoid using MODES, I nonetheless believe that we should
maintain HyperCard's UserLevel property in OpenCard, to have the best of
both worlds : browsing AND authoring.
