If you're talking about Serf, I wouldn't be too sure. I don't know if you
ever got an opportunity to test it, but it seems to be almost as speedy as
MC. Although its screen redraw seemed to be a bit on the slow end.

I'm a pacifist. I won't hire an assassin (SPELLING!!! GRRRR!), instead

Could you do me a favor and do more testing on slower Macs? I mean, almost
everything runs fast on a G3 and the likes, but its the slow Macs many
HyperCard users have (BTW, I just met someone who has HyperCard 1.1,
djeezuz!)
