Adrian: Oh, I've been using the wrong term here.  I need to handle form
decoding, so that I can record all the data from the forms properly.  Mainly
for nominating people with non-ascii characters in their name.  I could do
it in HyperTalk, but an XFCN is much faster and will handle all the
characters, instead of just the few I know.
