Anthony,

no problem. Should we add a '#include "OCException.h"' to JokerUtilities?

I was thinking about deleting blocks, buttons etc. I.e. if a card is
requested to kill a button, would we name it KillButton() or DeleteButton()
? Delete is more English-like, but Kill more clearly indicates that we
don't mean "Remove".

Urg. But you're right. Maybe we could settle for "Detach" or
"Disassociate"? Link could get in the way when we get to web functionality.
Attach/Detach or Associate/Disassociate sound like pairs which would work
better.

Guess I'm the only one who's running MacOS alone... Well, I have this old
Atari STf some floors above me in a box ... ;-)
