Adrian: I guess all we can do is have a reasonably long voting 
period.  If people go away for a period of time the group still has to 
move on though.

Adrian:  Certainly, we don't want to rush this decision through.

Adrian: I can see many hours ahead of me to get this CGI as 
functional as I'm imagining it.  It will happen though and it will turn 
out good.  :)  BTW, the web pages produced by the CGI are rather 
plain right now, but when I see the Web Page I'll integrate them 
into that so we have a site wide look and feel.

Adrian:  Do we need temporary leaders?  Right now there's not too 
much for them to do, but looking long term I think they will be 
required.
