>Did you get the beta version for Mac to compile?
Yup.
What you have to do is compile the libraries first. That is, build the
make_cw.mcp projects in "src/zlib" and "src/png". Then "make" the Macintosh
PPC and Resource targets of make_cw.mcp in the "src" folder. (You might
have to compile the resources first to have it work properly).
After that, you should be able to create one of the example projects whose
folder has a label and which contains a CW project file (the others haven't
yet be ensured to work, in particular the "MDI" stuff is not yet
implemented).
If you are so far, you'll have to implement the oval-drawing function in
wxDC (copy the rect function and change calls to Frame/PaintRoundRect() to
Frame/Paint Oval()). Also note that so far you can't overlap a wxWindow
with a wxControl (Stefan has promised to fix that, but we'll have to wait
for the next beta, I guess).
Note that what we call a Window is a "frame" in wx, and a wxWindow is sort
of a user-control.
Everyone who has wxWindows working thus far can e-mail me and I'll send
out the sources to a wx project I've done that uses the OGL libs to
implement some buttons in a window. Nothing fancy, just a testing ground
with which I checked whether OGL is suitable for that.
Cheers,
