Me? Documentation?

Actually, there are a fair number of new comments in their now... along
with me nearly having completed OpenTalk functions and handlers. Yes, the
next snapshot has those :)

I don't see how one can accidentally leave a documentation file included in
C source... normally, the compiler screams (it likes documentation even
less than I like writing it <g>)
