Well, I'm for it... so don't count on me for any con's :)

Pros:
        There is one build, one source-base that is the official OC,
        against which all bug reports are sent.

        Anyone who wishes to do a different OC must use a different name,
        thus no confusion between versions.

        Since all OC-varients must have a different name, we don't get
        bug reports, questions, etc. about other versions that don't
        pertain to ours.
