OODL: Voting CGI - Now Ready!!

Hi all,
I'm finally on holidays and have found time to make the few small changes
needed to complete the Voting CGI and it is now ready.  I'll try and upload
it to the UFP server as soon as I can.

PS: The list has been very silent lately, what's going on with all the other
aspects of OC?
