Using HyperCard i have been able to make a converter that exports HC stacks
to XCML format.
(not yet perfect)
I have also made one that converts it back although its so incomplete that
i havnt put it on my page yet.
Iv done this to some extent with Director 6 and Visual Basic and its only a
matter of time before i complete them. With visual basic i have no support
for custom controls, only the standard ones...
and their are some limits with director too.
but their is huge potential...
Imagine if you were able to export your OpenKard stack as XCML code and
then convert it into a director file!
The scripts would not be converted because it would be very hard and messy
but if we support multiple script languages in OpenKard you could... Make a
program in OpenKard using the Lingo scripting language, save it was XCML
were it could be played over the web or converted to director or visual
basic formats.
