Anthony: Or are you proposing an intermediary "OC byte
code"? Actually, I might be switching to something
like that -- the parser is giving me nightmares as it
is now. And it would allow a lot of stuff like that.
Micheal Fair: That is exactly what I am proposing and
exactly why I am proposing it. :) I think this would
take us into a whole new world of possibilities for
xTalk languages.
Alain: The VM and bytecodes approach (abstraction
layer) . I am not sure what it implies technically for
the programmers, but it definitely sounds promising
from a developer's perspective.
