I will draw up a partnership agreement this weekend.
It will be submitted for your approval this week.
We will envision partners, and associates.
Partners will have the right to determine who may become
a partner based upon unanimous agreement.
Any intellectual property created by the partnership will
become partnership property.
Amending the partnership will require unanimous consent of
all partners.
The partnership will have no commercial purpose. Its sole
purpose will be to create:
1) freeCard
2) freeTalk
3) any necessary supporting software.
And after it is "up and running" i will start to tackle the
more difficult issue of licensing.
