Alain: I thought many of us were worried that we had
too many different strongly-held opinions to arrive at
any consensus on any given issue. Ironically, we now
have the exact opposite problem. Partners that insist
on an opt-out clause in the voting just in case they
have NO opinion on the matter. Life is paradoxical !
