In it, he notes:

This is sort of what we're trying to pull off. Let's show Eric wrong, and
pull it off.

Anyway, I think we can go without being a partnership. Developers can have
CVS write access. Anonymous CVS read access will be availible to all.
Weekly, or when things heat up, nightly, snapshots will be made availible
over FTP. All this can be set up easily with that Linux box Alain's
plugging in.
