My 'broken HC-based CGIs' have been fixed.
The non-existant HTTP-headers
have been added to the CGI's output.
It has ALWAYS worked for me and for everyone I know,
without the HTTP-headers, which explains my quotes
above, and also explains why I cannot test the result
of this revision myself.

Test: Go to this URL and click on the link of your
choice. If it works without any of the problems that
Anthony was flagging, then it is indeed 'fixed'.
