sqrt((640/72)^2+(480/72)^2) =~ 11. With 2in not viewable, that comes
out to a 13" monitor.

I think if we shoot for a 9" goal, we'll miss it and hit 13" nicely.

[btw: As for PDA's and such, if we change the UI stacks, we should be
able to run on PDA's that provide a reasonable C library]
